From Pim, 2023

After my grandmother passed away, listening to her recorded voice from my 22nd birthday has always been tough. At that time, I was just a freshly graduated girl, excited about becoming a fully-fledged adult, focusing solely on my own ambitions and dreams. The graduation certificate truly mattered to her and to most Thai parents (as you can tell from her voice); it's like one of the proofs of success in life in their eyes. Although I didn’t participate in the ceremony, I certainly received the certificate and gave it to her.
As part of the FMP project, I decided to create a digital film based on the wonder of how I want my funeral to be like.
Would I feel relief and peace after life? Would I finally forgive myself for all the regrets in life?

Big thanks to my talented friend, Mye Mapa Swangpol, who beautifully composed the music and integrated my Yai's voice into it. For me, time does not really heal; it is the people around us who give me endless care and love, and that is what I want to embrace in this film.
